Cancellation Policy
Our team members are self-employed independent business owners and not employees of Divine Beauty Studio. We are solely responsible for setting our own schedule and for the quality of work that we perform.
We respectfully require 24 BUSINESS HOURS NOTICE for any cancellations or changes in your appointment. If required notice is not given we may charge 50% of the amount of the scheduled service(s) to your account.
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late or more for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the price of the scheduled service.
We understand that both our guests and our team members can experience unexpected emergencies and illness. If this happens within the 24 hour cancellation window, we will do our best to reschedule any interrupted appointments in a timely manner and without a late cancelation fee when possible.
